(Received 6,9.25 a.m.l Sidney, September 6, The Governor, Ministers, and members of both Houses of New Zealand Parliament will.be amongst those invited to attend the Commonwealth inauguration ceremonies. DATE FIXED. (Received 7, 1.15 a.m.) Sydney, September 6, Sir W. G. Lyne states it is definitely decided that January Ist is fixed as the date for the establishment of the Commonwealth.
