[PBB PBBSS ASSOCIATION.] Waipawa, September 6. A man named Con Crowley, while trimming willows, fell into a dam and was drowned. Auckland, September 6. A child, Isabel Duncan, aged six, was burned to death at Mount Albert. Her clothes caught fire while stirring porridge. Just aftor the ketch Tararawa, bound from Auckland to Whangarei, had passed Tiri Tiri to-night, the master, Jno. Nelson, by gome means fell overboard. A boat was lowered, but every effort to save Nelson was unavailing. The Tararawa returned to the harbour and reported the accident.
