Professor Anderson, tho Wizard of the North, has been [erforming to crowded houses. Tho entertainment is varied and refined in character, including marvellous illusions, clairvoyancy, thought-reading, mesmerism, etc. The Professor is very deaf and performs his tricks very cleve-ly, some of which are really wonderful and calculated to puzzle even tho most astute observer. Miss Anderson gives remarkable illustrations of the occult sciences, and presents a " Ghost" in full view of the audience. The entertainment throughout is said to bo of a very high order, and well worth seeing. At tho close of the entertainment a number of prizes are distribufc d to various competitions such as tho handsomest lady, fur the greatest number of words made- J up from the name "Professor Anderson ;" and for the boat conundrum, etc.
