[FEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.] j Received 31,10.40 p.m. . London, August 31. The wool crisis at Roubaix and Tourcoing continues. Eight large houses have liquidated. It is expected that the industry will not generally sufler acutely, the failures being those of negotiants and speculators and not manufacturers.
