TENDER FOR PACIFIC CABLE.
[FEB PKBBS ASSOCIATION.] Received 29, 9.30 a.m. London, August 28. The Telegraph Construction Company is the lowest tenderer for the construction of a Pacific cable at a cost of £1,886,000. The work is to be completed in eighteen months.
