MOBE TROUBLE. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Received 22, 9.50 a.m. Bucharest, August 22. Relations between Bulgaria and Roumaniaare gravely strained owing to the extortion practised upon a Roumenian at Sofia, and Bu'garian tolera-, tion of politic.il committees inimical to ißoumania. The King has ordered; Roumanian officers to join the colours and appealed for the Sultan's intervention. Sofia, August 22. The Bulgarian Government has promised to investigate the charges of extortion.
