THE ADMINISTRATION OF MABTIAL LAW. Beceived 16, 9.30 a.m. Capetown, Auguat 16. The Legislative Assembly, by 46 to 38, rejected Mr. Sauer's motion for a select committee to enquire into the administration of martial law in the colony. The passage of the Treason Bill is assured.
