A TORPEOO BOAT COLLIDES WITH A FLAGSHIP.
GREAT LOSS OF LIFE. (PEH PKESS ASSOCIATION.) (Received 13, 11,7 p.m.) Paris, August 13. La Fratee, a new torpedo boat, owing to being wrongly steered through the misunderstanding of an order, collided with Admiral Fournier's flagship Brennus, in the Straits of Gibraltar. Four of the officers and forty-four of the crew were drowned.
