' Tbe Defence Office has authorised the raising of a second Naval Artillery 1 Company so as to completely man the forts. An additional sixty men are 1 required. The present Naval Artillery ' Company will be divided into two companies, both of which will then recruit up to the new strength. Lieut,Comraander Bell will take charge of the " "two companies.
