Edward Okey, Edward Nelson Lydeard Okey, and Alfred Hughes Arnold, who will henceforth carry on business in copartnership at New Plymouth, as aforesaid, under the style of " Okey, Son k Arnold " and to whom all debts owing to tbe said late partnership firm are to be paid, and by whom all the liabilities of the said partnership will be discharged.
