Edward Okey, Edward Nelson Lydeard Okey, and Alfred Hughes Arnold, who will henceforth carry on business in copartnership at New Plymonth, as aforesaid, under the style of " Okey, Son & Arnold " and to whom all debts owing to said lute partnership firm are to be paid, and by whom all the liabilities of the said partnership will be discharged.
