DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP NOTICE is hereby given that! the PARTNERSHIP which has hitherto existed between the undersigned Edwabd Okey, Edward Nelson Lydbabd Okby, Alfeed Hushes AbnoliD, and John Eabp as Ironmongers. Painters, Paperhaneers, etc, at New Plymouth, under the style of" Okeys, Arnold & Earp," has been this day DISSOLVED by mntual consent, and the assets, bnsiness, oredits, and effects thereof assigned to Messrs. Edward Okey, Edward Nelson Lydeard Okey, and Alfred Hughes Arnold, who will henceforth carry on business in copartnership at New Plymonth, as aforesaid, under the style of " Okey, Son & Arnold " and to whom all debts owing to said lute partnership firm are to be paid, and by whom all the liabilities of the said partnership will be discharged.
