The basis of the settlement is understood to be that defendants hand over all the bond warrants to the Official Assignee, who pays the Mosgiel Company £SOO, equal to 10s in the £ on the debt due them by Ehrman, and the £SOO to be deducted from Ehrman s claim on the Daley estate.
