.—- —« (FEB PBB3S ASSOCIATION.] Auckland, July 23., At the Supreme Court, in the afteruoon counsel intimated that the Ehrman bond warrants case had been settled, and the case was struck out. The basis of the settlement is understood to be that defendants hand over all the bond warrants to the Official Assignee, who pays the Mosgiel Company £SOO, equal to 10s in the £ on the debt due them by Ehrman, and the £SOO to be deducted from Ehrman s claim on the Daley estate.
