At the inquest on tlfe railway collision at Slough the jury acquitted the driver of the Plymouth express, which ran into the special race train, of any blame for the accident on the ground of temporary abei ration and not feeing that the signal* were against him. At an inquest held on another victiai a second jury found that the collision was due to the culpable negligence of the driver, who was com—itted for trial.
