Upon the charge of making a false statement McGrath is acquitted on the ' ground that he believed it to be correct. On the charge of making en•qpmss in an indiscreet manner in a psrffltelsr case he is acquitted, and in two cßpgee of neglect of duty Mr. finds one was a technical if there was a breach, and he exonerates him.
