GENERAL BULLER'3 PROGRESS. NUMBERS OF THE ENEMY SURRENDERING. BOER LEADERS CAPTURED. (Received 23, 9.35 a.m.) London, June 23. General Buller has reached Fardekop, where numbers of the enemy are surrendering. 1 General Hamilton's column reached Springs on Thursday, proceeding to Heidelberg to join General Buller, who is expected at Standerton to-morrow. General Baden-Powell captured Commandant Steyn and two actively hostile field cornets at Rustenberg, where three thousand rifles were surrendered to Lord Edward Cecil. BOERS DESTROY A RAILWAY BRIDGE. (Received 24, 440 p.m.) London, June 23. The Eurl of Dundonald has arrived at Standerton, The enemy previously retired, exploding a railway bridge. THE FIGHT AT EERSTE FABKIEKEN. GOOD WORK OF AUSTRALIANS. (Received 24, 5.40 p.m.) London, June 23. After the battle of Eerste Fabrieken, the Australian Mounted .Rifles doggedly pursued the enemy, approaching within 800 yards of their laager unperceived, and firing 150 rounds apiece, killing two cornets. The Boers trekked in great confusion. A powerful rearguard, however, forced the Australians to retire, which they did coolly and without lobs. IN THE ORANGE KIVER COLONY. BOERS DEFEATED BY GENERAL RUNDLE. (Received 23, 10.50 a.m.) London, June 23. General Bundle's Yeomanry and Artillery on Tuesday smartly repulsed the Boers in an attempt to outflank him at Hammonia.
