AUSTRALIAN OPINION ON THE COMPROMISE. [PES FBES3 ASSOCIATION.] (Received 18,11.30 p.m.) Sydney, Judb 18. Sir W, J, Lyno has cabled to Mr. Barton that the compromise now proposed on the Commonwealth Bill is better than the first one, but not entirely satisfactory. He hop as, however, that the Bill will paM without delay, Melbourne, Judo 18. Mr. Turner approves the Inst revision of the Commonwealth Bill, and advises its acceptance.
