ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
[FEB PHESS ASSOCIATION.] Gisbornjj, June 1. The brothor of the uiuu Koke, who was reported drownod yesterday in the Waiapu district, was drowned whilst searchiog fur the body. The names of the two brothers were Arthur and William, Palmerston North, Juno 3. A man named Fabling, driver for the United Farmers' Co-operative Association, is believed to have been drowned yesterday evening while crossing the] Pohangina River with a van. The vehiale was found in the river, but the i driver has not been seen since.
