RESIGNATION OF M. GALLIFET. [FEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Received 30,11.30 p.m. Paris, May 30. M. Gallifet, Minister for War, has resigned, declaring that his health is broken, and that he is unable to bear the present strain. General Andre succeeds M. Gallifet.
