A RAILWAY DEVIATION.
[FES PBBSS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, May 30. It is stated that the cost of deviating the railway line from the Upper Butt into the Wairarnpa district, thus avoiding the Rimutaka Mountains, will be a quarter of a million pounds.
