The Gazette notifies that letters and other postal packets posted in or beyond the colony hating the names and addresses of senders written, printed, or embossed on the address side or tu the fl/ of envelopes are returned unopened to the writers or senders by thb chief postmasters when not claimed within thirty days, and all such letters which have, in addition, a r. quest on the address side of the cover that tV >; letters be returned if not claimed within a stated period are a'so returned unopened by tho chief postmasters.
