(PER PBB3S ASSOCIATION.] (Keceived 16, 70.35 a.nO Pebth, May 16. At tlie Police Court six Filipinos were charged with the murder of the captain of the schooner Ethel in October last. [ The evidence of the Chinese oook and the cabin boy showed that the prisoners, much blood-stained, came to the galley and called the cook and warned him to remain quiet. They said Peter Perez had stabbed the captain while he was looking at the chart. Hogo said e killed the carpenter and the captain's son. The three bodies were lashed together with a chain aad thrown overboard. Peter told the crew he shot all three, because they tried to shoot him at Adoct, in the Tinimber foUndf,The prisoners told the police they killed the captain, his son, and the carpenter in self-defence.
