FREE STATERS GIVING IN.
I (Received 14,11.50 p.m.) London, May 14. I A Beuter's correspondent states that the Free State opposition has ended. Several meetings of burghers favored submission, and complained that while the British pretended to make frontal attacks their cavalry swept round flanks. Such tactics were very unusual, and it was. useless to continue fighting!
