TAFANAKI ACCLIMATISATION SOCIETY. SHOOTING SEASON—Ist MAI TO 31st JULY, 1900. THE Shooting Season for Imported Game in the District, consisting of the Connties of Taranaki and Olifton (excepting the Mount Egmont Forest Reserve), will commence on the Ist May and end on 81st July, both days inclusive. In the Moant Egmont Forest Reserve, being the area within the circumference of a circle having a radius of six miles from the snmmit of Mount Egmont, the shooting of Native and Imported Game is strictly prohibited at all tunes. Licenses can be obtained from the Chief Postmaster at New Plymouth, and Poetmasters at Waitara, Inglewood, Opunake, W £5 Reward will be paid to any person procuring the conviction of any offender against the provisions of "The Animals Protection Act, 1880."
