CHESS CONGRESS.
[FEB PEBSS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, April 24. At the Chess Congress, the game between Mackay and Barnes proved an even and exciting one. At move 81 a draw was agreed upon. This leaves Barnes and Mason a tie for the championship and they play off to-morrow.
