(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) (Received 21, 9.35 a.m) Melbourne, April 21. Messrs. Lyne and McLean discussed the Cape Cable proposals, and decided that the Postmasters-General of the two colonies should meet with a view to coming to terms with the Company if possible.
