|l>EB PKUSS ASSOCIATION.J Palmkrston Noktii, April 14. Mr. Gilbert Hansen's nine-roomod residence on the llangitikei Line was destroyed by fire last evening. Insurances: £375 on the building and £175 on the furniture. I.N\ EKL'AKGILL, Ajllil 14.
Stables belonging to Mark Shaw, at Baywater, were destroyed by fire. Four valuable horses perished, also a number of farm implements. The insurance was .£3OO, but the loss is considerably above this amount.
