Melbourne, April 13. The Licensed Victuallers have asked the Premier to amend the licensing law to permit of limited opening on Sundays, Tiie Premier said thore was no chance of dealing with the matter next session, and he preferred not to express any opinion on the subject. It is understood the Licensed Victuallers will make it a test question at the next election,
