[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] \ Received 14, 1.20 a.m. Adklaidk, April 13. It is now thought that South Australia and Westralia have agreed to the Eastern Extension Cable Company's ( proposal. The Sherard Osborne leaves here immediately to survey the route to Fremantle, and thence to Digo Garcia.
