THE EASTERN EXTENSION COMPANY'S PROPOSALS. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Received 7, 2.4 a.m. Adelaide, April 6. The Governments of South Australia and Westralia have agreed to the Eastern Extension Company's proposals. The Cape to Glenelg cable negotiations have proceeded so far that the reduced rates will come into operation as soon as the agreement is signed. Mr. Warren has been conferring with the Postmaster-General, and it is expected the agreement will be signed in a few days.
