Mr. Cockburn cables that it is unlikely the Federal Bill will be introduced before Easter. A COMPLIMENTARY BANQUET. [ (Received 1, 6 p.m) London, M»rc:h SI. The British Empire League on April 30th will give a banquet in honor of the federal delegates and also in recognition of the services of the colonial troops. The Prince, of Wales will be present.
