Pott, Transvaal Consul at Lorenzo Marques, has been fined £2lO for indirectly importing heliographs and other contraband goods for hit Government. Mr. Michael Davitt has arrived at 1 Delagoa Bay. Capbtowit, March 28. Sir Alfred Milner has reached Bloemfontein. Two Boer prisoners at Simonstown have succeeded in escaping.
