New Zealand dairymen have subscribed to a testimonial for presentation to Dr. Babcock, inventor of the famous milk-testing apparatus bearing his name. The testimonial is intended as a recognition of the inventor's generosity in refusing to patent his invention, bo that farmers might have, the fullest benefit of it.
