NARROW ESCAPE OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICES. [PEB PBESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received 27, 9.55 a.m.) Capetown, March 26. A great fire has occurred in Gravestreet, Capetown, in which the Government offices narrowly escaped destruction, the archives being damaged.
