THE OPPOSITION'S VIEWS. (Received 28,1.30 am.) London, March 27. The Standard says the leaders of the Opposition recognise that the extension of sovereignty over South Africa is the only possible settlement of the question, but recommend that the several States be formed into self-governing colonies.
