FOOTBALL NEWS.
Che acnual meoting of the Tukapa Football Club was held at the Farmers' Ulub rooms on Thursday night, when over 50 members were present. Mr. F. Stohr occupied the chair. The annual rep'jrt and balance-sheet for the last season were read and adopted. The election of officors rasulted as follows: —Patron, Mr. A. Standish (reelected); president, Mr. 0. Samuel; vies-presidents, Messrs. N. King, W. B. Francis, C. Harrison, A. Bishop, Rev. Evans, Dr. Led tham, D. Mo Allum, T. Haywood, D.. McJk-land, W. D. Webster, Dr, Walker, Dr. Home, R. H. Campbell, J. W. West, G. W. Browne, T. S. Weston, A. H. Holmes, R. Oock, and Helkinn (2). Messrs. H. Smart and F. Moverley were made secretaries, Mr. 0. Webster auditor, and Mr. P. Bellringer delegate to Union. Selection Committee : Messrs. H. Mynott, B O'Dowda, and P. Ballringer. General Committee: Messrs. H. Adams, H, Mynott, Scanlon, T. Smith, A, R. Standish, F. Stohr, and W. Wood.
