STEYN'S REPLY TO LORD ROBERTS.
ATTRIBUTED TO KRUGER. (Received 23,10.5 a m.) London, March 22. President Steyn's accusatory reply to Lord Roberts' protest is attributed to President Kruger. The newspapers stigmatise the mesauge as an appalling piece of effrontery, which completes the Boers' own undoing. (Received 24,1.50 a.m.) London, March 23. The Daily Mail states that Steyn, replying to Lord Roberts, declared that the Government were unchanged, and that there would be commandeering as usual.
