THE BOER PRISONERS.

THEIR DEPARTURE FOR ST. HELENA DELAYED. (Received £O, 9.5 a.m.) London, March 19. Owing to there being infectious cases of fever among the prisoners, the departure for St. Helena has been postponed. None of the Free Staters will be sent to St. Helena. It was owing to recriminations between Free Staters and I'ransvaalors among the prisoners at Simonstown that it was necessary to take special precautions to prevent the development of a serious outbreak.
