APPKBCIA.TION OB THEIR GOOD ' WORK. (Received 20, 1.51 a.m.) Sydney, March 19. The officer commanding at Slingei-s----fontein, on February 9th, issued an order recoiling his appreciation of the courage and determination of twenty Westralians, under Captain Moore, for their determined stand against a large body of Boers, which prevented the turning of the British flank.
