hotel contains twenty-three rooms. This property is sold subject to a'lease dated the 2nd day of February, 1893, to J. Staples and Company (Limited), for a term of seven (7) years, commencing from the 18th December, 1895, at a weekly rent of £7 payable by equal payments of £3O 6s Bd, on the first Monday in each month. The lessees have sublet the property, and it is now in the occupation of James Williams, who is the licensee. Lot 2.
