The Prince of Wales will not attend 1 the opening of the Paris Exhibition. The British Cotton and Wo si Buyers' Association is being floated with a capital "of £3,000,000. Tha firms in the Association represent eighty per cent of the entire trade. (Received 7,1.50 a.m.) Sydney, March 6. Good general rain is falling, including the drought-stricken western districts. The weather is interfering with telegraphic business, TheLeaguß of Wheelmen and tha Cjclista' Union have agreed to amalgamate.
