EWTON KING has received instructions from the Administratrix o£ the Estate of the late William Perrett, deceased, to sell by auction at his Mart, Devon-street, New Plymouth, on SATURDAY, the 10th (1 iy o£ March, 1900, at 2 o'clock p.m., the following properties,— Lot I—Part of Section 14 on the plan of the Tarurutangi District, containing 32 acres (more or less); another part of suid Section 14, containing 68 acres (more or less); and Sections 19 and 20, Huirangi District, containing 101 acres (more or less). NOTIOE is hereby given tbat the Council of the Borough of New Plymouth intend to fix the Permanent Levels of the Streets named in the Schedule herein contained, according to plans prepared by the Borough Surveyor. The Council wi 1 hold a meeting at 7 o'clock p.m. on MONDAY, the 14th day of May, 1900, in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, New Plymouth, for the purpose of hearing all objections to the said levels. All objections must be in writing, addressed, and sent to the Council not less than ten days before the day of meeting. The plans are open for inspection during office hours, at the office of Mr. T.
