THE REPORT NOT CONFIRMED. TRAINS RUNNING TO KIMBERLEY. (Received 21, 9.10 a.m.) London, February 20. It is unofficially stated at the War Office that Commandant Cronje, who was overtaken by the British troops, on his retreat from Magersfontein, has been surrounded. (Received 21,10.20 a.m.) London, February 20. Unconfirmed reports state that General French has headed Commandant Cronje, and is trying to drive him into the hands of Generals KellyKenny and Mac Donald at Klipkraal. The trains are now running to Kimberley.
