MELBOURNE CRICKETERS' ARRIVAL AT WANGANUI, [pee peess association.] Waxganui, February 20. The Victorian cricketers arrived this afternoon, and were met at the station by members of the Cricket Association, The visitors will be taken for a drive
this afternoon, and the match against Wanganui will commence to-morrow, The Melbourne Cricket Club's team now touring the colony passed through Now Plymouth on Tuesday, en route to Wanganui, where a match commences to-day. E, Lash, of New Plymouth, has been included in the "West Coast team.
A Senior Cup match, New Plymouth v. Tariki, is to be played at Tariki tomorrow. The following have been choson to represent the local club: — Hasell, Mannix, Elliott, Harrison, Srohr, English, McNicoll, Jeffries, WestoD, Hardy, and another.
