GREAT BRITAIN HAS NO ILL-WILL TOWARDS BURGHERS. (Received 20, 9.40 a.m.) Ixjndon, February 20. Lord Roberta has issued a proclamation declaring that President Stern and not the Free State burghers, mi responsible for the invasion of the Free Stnte by the British forces, »<»■>> that Britain retains no ill-will to the burghers.
