N' EWTON KING has received instructions from the Administratrix of the Estate of the late William Perrett, deceased, to sell by auction at hi 9 Mart, Devon-street, New Plymouth, on SATURDAY, the 10th diy of March, 1900, at 2 o'clock p.m., the following properties,— Lot I—Part of Section 14 on the plan of ths Tarurutangi District, containing 32 acres (more or less) ; another part , of said Section 14, containing G8 acres (more or less); and Sections 19 and 20, Huiraugi District, containing 101 acres (more or loss). The properties comprised in Lot 1 will be sold suojeot to a certain deed of lease, bearing date the 20th day of May, 1896 (registered number, 233N0), and made j between the said William Perrett and one Oba'les Wills.
