PROPOSED IRISH CAMPAIGN.
«. . HOME RULE TO BE ONE OF THE ISSUES. [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received 13, 1.30 a.m.) London, February 12. Mr. J. E. Redmond, M.P., has issued a manifesto appealing for funds to conduct an Irish campaign and combat the House of Commons. The manifesto indicates Home Rule and compulsory land purchase to be the chief issues of the campaign.
