COMMONERS WHO OPPOSE THE WAR.
CENSURED BY CONSTITUENTS. (Received 12,9.80 a.m.) London, February 11. His constituents passed resolutions censuring the attitude of Sir Edward Clarke, member for Plymouth, over the war, and Sir Edward resigned. The electors of Caithness also passed a vote of censure on Dr. Gavin Clark* for a similar reason.
