[FKB PEES 3 ASSOCIATION.] (Received 8, 9.30 a.m.) Melbourne, February 8. London advices state that Oaptain Sturdee, who took such a prominent part in suppressing the Samoan trouble, has been promoted to the position of Assistant Director of the Naval Intel-1 ligence Department at the Admiralty.
