CRIMINAL SESSIONS. (PER FRES3 ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, February 7. In the Supreme Court to-day, Win, Dunne, on a charge of perjury, was acquitted, Alfred Miners, charged with defiling a girl under five years, was convicted and remanded. George Lewis was eonvicted of robbery; sentence being deferred. Ghristchukch, February 7. The calendar for the Criminal Session of the Supreme Court which opens here on Monday contains twenty - three charges, mostly of theft, against twentyone persons.
