First race to start at 11.30 a.m. Two crews to enter or nor race. Three "boats to start or no second prize. All races to start punctually at advertised time. Any boat not at the starting point at the proper time shall be liable to disqualification for that event. Protests must be in the bands of the fee- , retary, in writing, within 15 minutes after j the race. Each protest must be accom-' panied by a deposit of 10s, which sum 'hall J be forfeited if the piotest is, not upheld by I the Committee. Entrance fee 10 per cent, of the amount of first prize money oifered for each event. Names, weights of competitors (including! substitutes), and colours to be worn, must be ! lodged at the time of entry. All pott entries (to close on Regatta day at 1 p.m.) will be charged 6 per cent on amount of first prize. Bookmakers will not be allowed to bet inside the enclosure. The Committee reserve to themselves the right to alter the order or postpone any or all the events, and add any regulations whiob, in their opinion, may be necessary. Entries for all Whaleboat Baces, except Senior Veterans, close with the Secretary at the Foresters' Hall, on THURSDAY, February 15th, at 8 p.m. Entries for the Swim-
